Public sector departments in Dubai will have a four-day holiday next week on account of Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha.
The announcement by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department says that all government departments in the emirate will observe a holiday from Monday, the 19th July to Thursday, the 22nd July.
Together with the two-day weekend, the residents in Dubai can enjoy a six-day break.
Regular work hours would resume from Sunday, the 25th July.
On this occasion, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources extended best wishes to the President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
It also congratulated the people of the UAE and Arab and Islamic nations on this happy occasion.
