Art Dubai 2018 set to open doors for art lovers on 21st March

The 12th edition of Art Dubai will open doors at Madinat Jumeirah from 21st to 24th March. Various established and budding galleries from across the globe have lineup to offer an extensive public programme.

Just as always, the Art Fair promises to live up to people’s expectation and maintain its reputation of being the most diverse fair in the world. It serves as a meeting point for the international art world.

Art Dubai 2018 is expected to feature 105 galleries from over 48 countries, out of which 27 are first time participants. The programme will spread over three sections, namely ‘Residents’ section, ‘Art Dubai Modern’ and ‘Art Dubai Contemporary’.

Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, together with the Abraaj Group, the fair is sponsored by Julius Baer and Piaget.

The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority is a strategic partner of Art Dubai, supporting the fair’s year-round education programme, which include Campus Art Dubai and the Art Dubai Fellowship. It also presents the Global Art Forum, supported by Dubai Design District.

The fair will be open from 4pm to 9.30pm on all four days, with tickets priced at Dh.60 online, Dh.90 onsite. The three-day ticket will be available for Dh.100 online and Dh.150 onsite. The show is free for children under 18 and students with valid ID.
