The 25th anniversary of Dubai World Cup will be held on 27th March, as the Dubai Racing Club organizers have been limiting the number of attendants of one of the world’s most prestigious meetings to racing officials, horse connections, media and race sponsors.
The Dubai Racing Club, in its statement said that it will host the race meeting without spectators and hence, tickets will not be sold. All races would be held in the standard fashion and results will be recorded in an official capacity.
The move is inline with the UAE Government regulations and Dubai Racing Club and will follow stringent health and safety measures which include complete sanitisation, social distancing, thermal screening of attendees as recommended complete sanitisation, social distancing, thermal screening of attendees as recommended by the Government’s health and safety protocols to prevent spread of Covid-19.
The statement further said “We encourage all those who are unable to attend, to be a part of the event by following our social media platforms @DubaiWorldCup and YouTube channel MeydanRacing”.
