Emirates Airline to operate to more countries in May

The flagship carrier of Dubai, Emirates Airline, has announced operation of special passenger flights to more countries in the month of May, as part of its repatriation services amidst Covid-19 outbreak.

The airline will operate one-way flights to London, Frankfurt, Manila, Heathrow, Sao Paulo and Shanghai for visitors and residents who wish to return home.

Those travelling to Shanghai, China, will have to contact the Republic of China embassy in the UAE before booking the flight. For other flights, bookings can be made via www.emirates.com or through travel agents.

The May flight schedule to these destinations are as follows:

Shanghai: May 2

Frankfurt: May 2,4,6,9,11,13

Sao Paulo: May 3

London Heathrow: May 3,5,7,10,12,14

Manila: May3,6,8,10,13,15,16

Lately, Dubai’s flagship carrier has been already operating limited flights to Europe, Asia and Africa to help residents and visitors get home.

Emirates is also offering refunds and exchanges on tickets with new policy being applied to tickets issued before 31st May and for travel before 31st August. For more details, visit their website.

Meanwhile, it has also been announced that Etihad Airways is planning to resume several flights from 16th May.
