The Saudi-based Al Sharq Investment has announced plans to develop a major luxury residential project, namely ‘The Alef Residences’, spanning an area of 46,840sqm of land area in Dubai.
The Alef Residences is one of the first projects to be serviced by W Dubai - The Palm, a world-class resort and residential complex comprising pool areas, spa, and other water features.
The project is the result of a joint venture between Al Sharq Group and Al Mana Global of Qatar, which strives to establish new standards in the luxury lifestyle sector.
The Alef Residences have been built in response to the need for a quality next level, leading to residences being made from the finest of materials, thereby offering spacious and comfortable apartment living beyond the expectations of current industry.
The development draws inspiration from the ‘Wadis’ and ‘Bastakiya’, representing the first development under ‘The Alef’ brand set, to have a global reach starting in the Middle East.
According to Al Sharq, ‘The Alef Residences’ will bring together a community of like-minded individuals hailing from various cultures and destinations, particularly designed to deliver a new sense of belonging. The materials are used in construction of the development and include the finest of timber, stone, marble, and bespoke finishes. All of the 104 homes will have unique plans, and are located along eight mansions featuring their own dedicated lobbies and private elevators, and are shared by just two apartments on each floor for the ultimate in discrete living.
The residences offer a choice of two, three, four and five bedroom luxury homes that span 4800 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq. ft of spacious accommodation comprising wonderful floor to ceiling panoramic ocean, skyline views, large balconies and garden, and some of the residences have their own pool too.
The pinnacle has been reserved for two ultra-luxurious single penthouses and three duplex penthouses.
