Paddle board workouts. Not familiar? Float UAE class is the newest, most exciting way to workout in Dubai- all on water!
HIIT classes are conducted in Dubai’s top pools every week on paddle boards, burpees, lunges, squats(that's secured by ropes so you won't float away), all whilst balancing on the water.
And if you won't do it for Instagram (honestly, who even are you?) do it for the lols. No, really. It will be so fun and the 40 minutes will fly away.
It's a way to exercise and have fun at the same time and it's only AED55 for the 40-minute class.
Open to men, women and children of all ages, expect to find yourself jumping, squating, lunging and lots of splashing as you navigate the high-intensity class over water. In Dubai, classes currently take place at The Westin Habtoor City and Intercontinental Dubai Marina.
