Fans of heavy metal music are in for a treat as ‘The Music Room’ schedules regional and international live music acts for three consecutive months from July to September. They will get a chance to see Paradise Lost and Aramaic in this September.

The gothic metal band Paradise Lost was formed in 1988 in Halifax, England and is considered as one of the pioneers of the Death/Doom genre and of the gothic metal genre. This famous band has redefined metal music with their Gothic influences and has earned the cheers of millions across the world. Since 1988, this band has produced some immaculate, inspiring and incredible music that has given people constant goose bumps. Now, the same experience is coming to the Middle-East, and that`s live!

Their line-up has remained constant for such a long-standing heavy metal band, consisting of singer Nick Holmes, guitarists Aaron Aedy and Greg Mackintosh and bassist Steve Edmondson. Holmes and Mackintosh are the main composers, with nearly all of the band's songs credited to them. During the years, the band has only changed drummers.

Paradise Lost has 14 studio albums and their 15th studio album titled (Medusa) will see the light of day at the end of summer via Nuclear Blast. Their world tour promoting ‘Medusa’, has no less than 42 soul-frazzling gigs scheduled around the world, including in France, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, and Eastern Europe.

Supporting Paradise Lost on September 8th is Dubai’s Oriental Death Metal band, Aramaic. You certainly don’t want to miss this wicked night (strictly for 21years and over) so mark your schedule and start out early.
