Dubai Properties (DP) said work on its luxury residential project Manazel Al Khor overlooking the historic Dubai Creek, is progressing well with about 70 per cent of the job already completed.

The development progress is as scheduled, and is due for handover during the summer this year, says a statement from the company.
Located in the heart of Dubai, Manazel Al Khor draws inspiration from local architecture in the UAE. It spans an area of 25,000sq ft and is located between the 3.8km stretch of promenade walkways and landscaped features.
Al Khor bears a unique design with 98 housing units ranging from single, double, triple and four bedroom apartments, offering wonderful views of historical Dubai Creek, apart from the amenities of modern day luxurious lifestyle, commercial and retail space.
The Executive Director – Sales and Sales Operations, Marwan Al Kindi mentioned that they are working to handover Manazel Al Khor this summer, as its working as per the scheduled development timeline.
The show apartment is ready to welcome visitors, he added.
Dubai Properties is a major real estate player in the region, and is popular for development and management of prime destinations across the emirate including Business Bay, JBR, Cultural Village and Dubailand.
