On a strategic waterfront location the AED 500 million (US$136 million) residential tower is being built on the extension of Dubais historic Creek in the Business Bay Development, which is accessible from the Sheikh Zayed Road between the first and second interchange with direct access to the largest shopping mall in the world, Dubai Mall. It is set for completion in the 4th quarter of 2009.
