Capital Mall to be unveiled in early 2012
Manazel Real Estate has announced the launch of Capital Mall, which forms a part of 230,000 square meter master development, called 9712 Capital, located in Mohammad Bin Zayed City.
Capital Mall is a three storey development covering 60,158 square metres of retail space, housing 279 electronics, fashion, jewellery, and service retail stores, apart from entertainment outlets and a diverse range of cafes and restaurants.
The Chairman of Manazel Real Estate, Mohammad Mehanna Al Qubaisi, said that Capital Mall has been built as per the quality and environmental protocol procedures, matching the deadline. It also received the building completion certificate from Abu Dhabi’s local authorities. The mall is based on the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision of residential development within new Capital District.
The mall will be ready for a soft launch during the first quarter of 2012, while the official launch of the mall has been scheduled for second quarter of the year.
The shopping mall is hoped to be a major addition to the area, given the prime locality in which the mall is located. The mall will offer services to residents of Mohammad Bin Zayed City, and its neighbouring areas such as Al Raha Beach, Khalifa City, Al Falah, Bani Yas, and Al Shawamekh.
The mall will house a grand atrium, with plenty of room for natural light, while the interior design of the mall offers an oasis-like environment. The shopping centre is also meant for smooth flow of pedestrian traffic, and there are provisions for 3000 parking spaces across three levels, including handicap parking spots and valet services.
