New York Fries

New york Fries is Canadian quick service restaurant that mainly serves french fries and Hot dogs. Founded by Jay Gould and his brother Hal, partnered together to create New York Fries, a privately owned Canadian franchise. The brothers’ recipe starts with fresh russet Burbank potatoes that are hand-cut throughout the day and cooked with their skins on in a non-hydrogenated, trans fat-free sunflower oil.

The typical NWF menu comprises their classic fries, poutine, braised beef poutine, butter chicken poutine, The Works, veggie works and hot dogs. New York Fries has 156 locations, including 120 in Canada and 36 outside of North America, mostly in the Middle East and China
