The Gem Garden is an indoor 24/7 eatery comprising a mock garden of stones and bamboo decorating the walls. The buffet stations are decorated with semi precious stones of Amber, Agate, Citrine and Amethyst. The philosophy behind the gems goes that stones overtime will transform themselves with pressure and earthly warmth to be beautiful coloured gems, just as our raw ingredients get transformed through the tender care of our chefs to ultimately serve out guests tantalizing, artfully designed mouth-watering selection of main courses and desserts, served to meet five-star standards.
