Located at the Four Seasons Hotel at Podium level, Chef Mina's gourmet interpretation of the all-American diner, namely Firebird Diner, will feature refined versions of classic dishes found in diners across America using the highest-quality ingredients for a fun and unforgettable meal - morning, noon and night.

Acclaimed Interior Designer Adam Tihany who is focused on whimsical, yet, elegant elements would help transition Firebird Diner from breakfast and business lunches to world-class dinners, cocktails, and late night noshing. Plush booths, tables and a signature diner-style counter at Firebird diner set stage for a sophisticated and luxurious experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows here offer mesmerizing views of Dubai skyline, while the 1950s jukebox will be the showstopper of the dining room. Guests will choose their own tunes that span across decades featuring classics that span generations.
