Leading global real estate developer, Emaar Properties will unveil a new Rove Hotel, adjacent to Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region's largest integrated theme park destination.
This new ‘Rove At The Park’ will be a 458-room facility located off Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, close to Pal Jebel Ali, amidst Dubai and Abu Dhabi International Airports.
The Corporate Director – Operations at Emaar Hospitality Group, Chris Newman, mentioned that Rove Hotels sets a new dimension in the evolution of the hospitality sector in the city.
Rove, which implies ‘traverse’, blends 21st century innovation and sophistication, serving as a tech-savvy, social and cultural hub for international explorers. This new property will also reflect all the value propositions that make the brand unique in Dubai hospitality sector.
Rove Property will draw in visitors from across the world, particularly leisure travellers, who arrive to experience the world-class attractions at Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Rove hotel will bear a contemporary, but, urban design with a touch of Arabian, as local art-pieces would be displayed through public areas. The hotel would have a high-tech environment, spaciously designed lounge and lobby, the rooms elegantly designed featuring a 42-inch TV screen, media hub, designer mattresses and a modern bathroom.
About thirty percent of the rooms would be linked, which makes the property a family-friendly destination. The hotel will serve fresh, locally produced culinary creations and introduce distinct dine-out destinations, including an all-day restaurant.
Rove Hotels will feature a Rove App on smart phones and a self check-in station aimed at reducing waiting time. The hotel would also allow late check-outs.
Apart from all advanced business amenities, the hotel includes 24-hour gymnasium, pool, sun deck, self-service, Laundromat, 24-hour convenience store that offers a wide selection of all day-to-day amenities, fresh food and the choicest snacks.
To begin with, Rove Hotels will open 10 hotels in support of preparations for Expo 2020 Dubai. The Dubai hotel is the brand’s first property in the region. The Rove Downtown Dubai is due to open in the coming months at the heart of the city.
