The Dubai Hills Estate, which form part of Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City), is located in proximity to Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport. Given, its access to Dubai Metro and Sheikh Zayed Road, it is considered to be a much sought-after development in Dubai.

The development is ideally suitable for families seeking a ‘get-away’ lifestyle from the daily hustle-bustle of the city. The residents will also have access to exceptional amenities like high-end retail, tennis academy, world-class hotels, 18-hole championship golf course, choice of trendy cafes and restaurants, parks and natural trails.

Maple2 offers limited number of contemporary styled townhouses (666), three to five bedrooms of 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft with starting price of Dh.1.9mn for triple bedroom townhouse.

Surrounded in the green corridor, the greenbelt serves as the ‘natural lungs’ of the development, offering shaded pathways with seating areas, fitness stations, exercise courses, play grounds, jogging and cycling trails. The homes have exceptional quality finishes and fixtures, and offer good entertainment connectivity.

Emaar will also launch sales of new units on Saturday in Dubai and Muscat. In Dubai, the sales will be held at Emaar Pavilion at Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai from 10am. There will be special offers for investors making a down payment of 30 percent on total value of property, and if they maintain ownership until hand-over is completed.
