Global Village opens registration for kiosks, food carts for new Season

14 August 2023

Dubai’s Global Village has announced opening of registration for kiosks and food carts for Season 28, beginning 18th October 2023.

Operators who are participating this season, do not require a trade license. The kiosk and food cart partners have been seeing “impressive returns” on their investments, as some of them continue to participate since 1997.

The attraction offers a range of services and support to entrepreneurs, including kiosk structures and helps with staff visas. Now, with the need for trade licence being done with, entrepreneurs can set up their F&B businesses easily. This makes Global Village the “perfect” location for individuals seeking to test their new F&B concept with minimal risk.

The destination also offers storage facilities for inventory management and supports entrepreneurs in collaborating with signage companies for branding.

It provides Federal Tax Authority (FTA) registration support, ensuring compliance with tax rules and assists in acquiring Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and electronic payment terminals to simplify the payment process for customers.

“Entrepreneurs will also benefit from the unique advantage of not having to worry about utility bills,” Global Village said.

Global Village drew a record 9 million visitors from across the world last season, and will open a week earlier than usual this year. The family destination will open for Season 28 on 18th October 2023, a week earlier than last season. The early opening is due to the huge demand, and in order to provide the extended opportunity to all, to indulge in a more wonderful experience.

The family theme park destination will remain open for 194 days, and will shut doors for the season on 28th April 2024.
