The golden visa has been granted to various categories, including talents, specialists, scientists, investors in public investments, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, top high school performers, graduates of accredited universities in the UAE and outside, and workers in the first line of defence.

The authority pointed out that customers who seek an entry permit for Golden Visa procedure, will have to submit several documents, including the passport of the sponsored person, proof of eligibility for golden visa and a coloured personal photo.

The authority further said that the entry permits may be rejected electronically after 30 days of submission, in case the application is found incomplete, or if there is need for more data.

In case the application has been returned thrice, for want of more data, or in case of failure to submit the necessary data, the application would be rejected.
