Modesh World, the perfect destination for summer family fun

The 25th anniversary edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), the city-wide summer entertainment and shopping extravaganza is progressing in full swing and is likely to run until 4th September.

As always, its indoor family theme park, Modesh World, remains open at Dubai World Trade Centre until 28th August, and features a host of new rides, attractions, and offerings, perfect for summer family fun.

Modesh World is also known for its variety of games, rides, inflatables, food and beverage outlets, bouquet of retail and new attractions this year, with the little ones jumping for joy, literally.

Not to miss Modesh experience, it is ideal for keeping cool in summer, with mini snow park, interactive shows, and inflatable obstacle course.

Visitors can also checkout iBatlle, the virtual shooting range and simulator, and unique 100 percent connectivity signal technology. There is the CrazyCars racing track which is back with its improved edition, while the new soft-play area and animal-themed fairground rides are sure to please the little ones.

One of the key aspects of DSS are the competitions and giveaways, with Modesh World offering its own prizes up for grabs this year. Also, there are over 100 exciting virtual reality and arcade machines, traditional fairground games, from where, you could win anything from huge cuddly toy to iPad, iPhone or Samsung tablet.

Over 30 food and drink outlets are integrated into Modesh World experience, catering to every taste from family favourites to local fare. Try street food, sweet treats, light bites etc, and do not miss the Milky Ice Cream, a favorite from Poland Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.

A new attraction this year is the Modesh Café, where kids can enjoy their favorite snacks, drinks and cakes based around Modesh and his friend Dana.

Further, as part of Modesh Baking Academy, they can even try their hands in making cooking, rolling and shaping the dough, with slime workshops, and other food-related crafts, which are also part of the fun.

Souvenir, with themed merchandise, clothing and other trinkets are available for you to take home after your visit is complete. You could also grab some quirky home ornaments, kitchenware, local handicrafts, traditional gowns or abayas etc. Not to forget, there is face-painting, hair-braiding and henna tattoos too being done.

Visitors can count on Modhesh World for live shows, dancing, singing, and performance of colorful characters performing daily until 28th August. Among the highlights are four Modhesh World choreographed shows including Modesh World Dance Party, Mangrove Journey, Eat to the Beat!, and helping Friends, which allow children to interact and be part of the storyline, with an educational slant.
