The forthcoming Expo2020 Dubai makes the UAE a more attractive proposition for those in search of a career path in the country.

Applications have been flooding from across the globe for positions at the world fair. Applications are being received for operations, planning and communication roles at pavilions and across the site.

Certain jobs will open from the start of next month, while others will begin just before the doors to the Dubai South site opens in the month of October.
Recruitment experts revealed that they have been searching for candidates who could engage with visitors from across the globe.

The Indian expatriate community which constitutes a population of more than 3.4 million is among the largest in the UAE, with people from the South Indian state of Kerala constituting majority of the population.

The Ministry said this when responding to a question on measures taken by Indian government to assist fresh job seekers, particularly young people who sometimes fall prey to illegal agents.

Officials at the Embassy have always appealed to workers to use the eMigrate (https://services.india.gov.in/service/detail/employer-registered-on-emigrate-system) online portal with details of the registered recruiting agents approved by the Indian government.

In the past, there have been several cases of workers being duped into paying huge sums of money for low-paying jobs.
