Run The Track at Dubai Autodrome is a running event for all standards of runners - novice to experienced. Organized as a community event in which runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate, each 'Run The Track' Event features three distances; 10km, 5km and 3km. All of the distances on 'the race track', private roads over a safe, traffic free course. Each run starts close to the 'race pits' and all distances finish at the impressive official chequered line in front of the grandstand
All finishers of each ‘Run The Track ‘ run are rewarded at the finish line with a bespoke event medal, made specifically for 'The Run The Track ' Series 2017/18. In addition, those who finish competitively in the first 3 of their respective age groups also receive trophies, which are presented on completion of the days runs, together with a prize raffle in which participants who are present have the opportunity to win spot prizes.
Each registered participant will be issued with a unique race number and timing chip for each race they are registered into. It is essential that the race number and timing chip is worn at all times during your race and that your race number is visible to race officials. There will be a number of water stations allocated on the course and at the finish of the race. A cart selling food & beverage for those that wish to purchase items before and after the race is also available.
Changing and toilet facilities will be available close to the start/finish area. Bag Storage will be provided free of charge ‘in the pits’ at the race number collection point. The race results will be available on the www.runsqueak.com website, normally a few hours after race end. Several social to serious runners, young and experienced, three distances- 10km, 5km and 3km; Music, plenty of aid stations, loads of supporters and a real community race, and these what makes this Race really special.
