Dubai’s annual month of all things exercise is returning this month. From October 29 to November 27, Dubai is challenging all residents to take part in 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days.
Last year, things were different due to the pandemic. The Dubai fitness challenge focused majorly on virtual sessions. 2020 also marked the return of its “Find Your 30” virtual content hub. The free-to-access content hosted a wide range of fitness events.
However, this year’s edition is set to be more power-packed and exciting. This year, fitness freaks can take part in an incredible line-up of events that will be held across Dubai. The Challenge encourages Dubai’s residents and visitors to commit to 30 minutes of activity for 30 days.
The fifth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge will see a more diverse and inclusive range of fitness activities and events than ever before - with a focus on getting outside as participants complete their 30 minutes of daily activity across the 30 days.
Persons of all ages and abilities will be able to enjoy three free Fitness Villages at Kite Beach, Expo 2020 Dubai and Mushrif Park; fourteen Fitness Hubs in business and residential communities across the city; major sporting events and over 5,000 free live and virtual fitness classes.
The signature Dubai Run and Dubai Ride will return to Sheikh Zayed Road with families taking part alongside recreational and professional runners and cyclists for these two coveted events.
More than one million residents and visitors are expected to take part in this year’s Challenge.
Hurry, put on your shoes and it’s time to get fit, better and best!
