​Desert Road Runners Iftar Challenge

The annual Iftar Challenge 2KM Junior and 5KM running races, has been organized by the Desert Road Runners every year since 1998. The race is now back in Mushrif Park with a more challenging and slightly elevated one lap run for novice and advanced road runners.

Sponsored by Monviso, The Iftar challenge features a 5km distance and a 2km path for juniors, open to regular and neophyte racers of all ages. All junior runners and existing Desert Road Runners club members can join this community run for free with advanced registration.

Located in Mirdif, Mushrif Park is an urban playground home sprawling greenery, scattered lakes and family-friendly entertainment. Run solo or bring friends and family along to keep your fitness streak strong throughout Ramadan.

Prizes for each age group category and for 1st male / female
