​Dubai Fitness Challenge: DIFC Fitness Village

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is set to make its eagerly anticipated return this month. The fitness initiative, launched by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, encourages residents to commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. Just like last year, there will be a whole host of free activities you can take part in, such as walking, team sports, paddle-boarding, yoga, cycling and more. But there will be some awesome new additions at this year’s event that will make it even bigger and better than before.

A new addition this year are 'thematic' villages - five themed fitness villages will run for 26 days during DFC at locations easily accessible to communities across Dubai so there's even greater ability for everyone to make 'fitness' part of their daily routine.

Check out a selection of over 300 fitness classes led by energetic instructors including celebrity guest appearances over the 26-day period in the DIFC Fitness Village. Try out TechnoGym’s latest fitness equipment with the help of master trainers and fitness experts from rowing to circuits, spinning, and even home gymming solutions. With a Padel court, AFC Interactive Roadshow, Teqball tournaments and yoga sessions, the distinct sports zones offer something for everyone. Budding golfers and professionals alike can practice their swing on a super high-tech golf simulator
