After a long day at work, give your body some much needed exercise, find your zen and calm your mind with a Dubai Media City Dusk Destress Yoga session.
Set against the stunning waterfront backdrop of Dubai Media City’s famous lake, the 60-minute gentle Vinyasa yoga sessions are held in partnership with Core Direction and their team of yoga gurus.
The rejuvenating and destressing classes will take place every Sunday at 6:00pm and are open to community members and the wider public.
Each lesson is an hour long, and you'll be guided through a gentle flow to help you unwind. Attendees are required to bring along their own yoga mats and towels, but mats will be available to buy from the check-in desk too.
