Motorists who want to travel from one emirate to another - while passing through Dubai - during the sterilization period will not be fined.

According to a post by Dubai Media Office, radars will not be activated for violating restrictions for motorists passing through Dubai to other emirates, provided they use inter-emirates roads and do not stop in Dubai.
The move comes as part of Dubai’s wide-reaching COVID-19 coronavirus preventative measures.
Inter-emirates roads include Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road (E611).
The update follows announcements from Dubai Police that radar violations recorded in Dubai from (Saturday April 4) through (Sunday April 5), will be cancelled. However, going forward anyone who wishes to leave their home must obtain a movement permit to avoid fines and potential legal action
