In line with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, special rooftop Mindfulness Sound and Gong Session will be conducted at Jameel Arts Centre on 9th November.
Led by wellness and happiness facilitator Zarine Dadachanji, the class will take participants through a journey of meditative breathing and relaxation exercises to the soothing sounds of a gong.
Used for centuries, mindfulness and meditation are proven techniques to relax the body and mind, making this class a great addition to your #30x30 challenge.
The session is suitable for those aged 16 years and over.
