Register to attend full moon yoga at Fairmont The Palm on Saturday, October 27. Experience an evening under the stars featuring a 90-minute yoga and meditation session on the resort’s white-sand beach led by resident instructor Melanie Swan. The session caters to all ability levels and blends the meditative qualities of gentle yin yoga with the more physically challenging vinyasa practice.
Exhale through the refined asanas (that’s technical for yoga poses) on the sands of the Palm while watching the full moon rise. The 90-minute yoga journey includes one-hour of yoga practice and 30 minutes of meditation, before admiring the spectacular views of Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf. Towels and water are provided, though you are encouraged to bring your own mat.
Time: 8pm-9.30pm
