Ragheb Alama Live in Dubai

Dubai, get ready for an exclusive musical night with one of the most successful singers in the Arab world - Ragheb Alama. The international pop-star is coming to entertain his fans at Dragon Mart 2 on 8th December. Fans can expect to hear some of his biggest hits, including ‘Hathak Al Abed Hanaka’ and ‘Aan Jad.’

Ragheb was distinguished in singing at his early age; he took up playing the lute "Oud" and participated in a live radio program while he was 8 years old. His first song was "Bokra Beyobrom Dolabik".

Most of his albums used to achieve the top ranking in sales. Ragheb Alama was the first among Arab Stars to videotape a music video "Albi Eshiqha" in 1991. Ragheb Alama achieved the platinum award from Virgin Megastore in Dubai for the highest sales of albums among others in April, 2009 and for the first time in the Arab world. Alama has also worked with the pop star Shakira, who featured on a song on his 2010 album, Starz Vol. 1. In addition to his work in the musical field, the superstar Ragheb Alama was appointed by the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) as the Goodwill Ambassador in West Asia.
