Young Indian artists Neelanjana Ray, Nitin Kumar and Salman Ali are set to awe audiences on Thursday, 27th June at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium, Indian High School (Oud Metha Rd).
This show will promote cultural understanding and diversity in the Year of Tolerance. Salman is a 21-year-old Sufi pop/rock singer who won the tenth season of Indian Idol. Nitin Kumar is a singer and veteran of reality television who began singing bhajans – religious Indian music – at the age of five. He was the first runner-up of India’s singing show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs’ in 2011. Finally, 16-year-old Neelanjana Ray is a rising star who was the first runner-up in season two of The Voice India Kids.
