Exceptional Filipino talents continue to add Dubai to their list of pit stops and the latest star joining the scene is KZ Tandingan. The 26-year-old singer/occasional rapper is bringing her award-winning tunes and moving ballads to the halls of Dubai World Trade Centre on 22 March.
KZ's unique personality and great talent were first seen on her X-Factor Philippines stint. From being a regular Davaoena dreamer to rocking out the international stage as a sought-after singing sensation, there are probably no other fitting words to describe KZ Tandingan’s musicality other than simply “supreme.”
KZ has had a full 2018. She represented the country in China’s hit singing competition, “Singer 2018,” where she competed with prominent music personalities, including UK’s Jessie J. Last November, KZ dished out a riveting performance during the “1MX Abu Dhabi 2018” event.
And she welcomed 2019 with a bang — she performed alongside the country’s top songstresses Moira, Julie Anne San Jose, and Morissette in the 4th Wish Music Awards night. Recently, she was chosen as the National Commission for Culture and the Arts’ new music ambassador for the National Arts Month. And before this year’s first quarter is over, KZ is making sure that she kicks things up even a notch higher.
Her vocal prowess was further amplified by her powerful Wishclusive performances on board the iconic Wish Bus, where her original songs "Mahal Ko o Mahal Ako" and "Labo," as well as her electrifying take on "Tadhana," "Rolling in the Deep," and "Two Less Lonely People in the Word" were bared to a global audience on Wish 107.5's popular YouTube account.
KZ will be reigning supreme in her first-ever solo concert in Dubai. Presented by La Verdad Events Management, in cooperation with Wish 107.5, the “Supreme: KZ Tandingan” concert, featuring the Philippines’ King of R&B Jay R and singer-songwriter TJ Monterde, will take place on March 22, 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena.
