La petite maison, the French restaurant in DIFC has a new business lunch menu that’ll have you excited – as it comes it an under Dhs200. As part of the Déjeuner d’Affaires – meaning "special lunch" – you’ll get two starters, one main and a hot drink for just Dhs180 a person. It runs from Sunday to Thursday from noon until 3pm.
And you’ll be able to try out some of the popular eatery’s signature dishes, too. The notable menu items include Salade de Haricots Verts au Foie Gras (French beans with foie gras), Poulpe Finement Tranchés (thinly sliced octopus in lemon oil), the Beignets (deep fried courgette flowers and sage with anchovies), the Grosses Crevettes Grillées (grilled tiger prawns), the Escargots de Bourgogne (snails with garlic butter), Niçoise olive tapenade, tuna carpaccio and deep-fried baby squid.
It would also be a crime to leave without satisfying your sweet tooth with two of the best desserts on offer in the whole of Dubai: Pain Perdu et sa Glace aux Epices (French toast with spiced ice-cream) and the signature Mousse au Chocolat Chaud et Glace à l’Orge (warm chocolate mousse with malt ice-cream.)
La Petite Maison Dubai (LPM) doesn’t have such a ‘petite’ reputation. This swanky DIFC French eatery is loved by all who have visited and its reputation as one of the best fine dining spots in the whole of the UAE is a warranted one.
