Poco Loco - the Latin American restaurant at the Beach is hosting an unconventional iftar during this Ramadan with a unique a la carte iftar offering. Through partnering with the Entertainer vouchers throughout the Holy Month, the restaurant offers guests the chance to share a memorable meal and experience with family and friends.
The menu brings together over 60 main course selections and beverages that draw inspiration from the cuisines of Peru, Mexico, Venezuela and Japan. Dishes range from yellow fin tuna tiraditos, and guajillio chilli with cabbage and sesame, through to quesadilla rustica, grilled corn and a selection of tacos.
Main courses include the tostados huevos rancheros with pinto beans, fried quail eggs and salsa comal; chestnut mushrooms, aji amarillo with soy butter, and slow-cooked lamb barbacoa served with salsa pasilla and fresh tortillas.Seafood items include the Chilean sea bass with spiced honey and mixed seed salsa, and Josper-roasted sea bass served with red and green adobe.
Enjoy a wide assortment of burritos, tacos, nachos, fajitas, enchiladas, as well as mouth-watering desserts including the Poco Loco churros and the restaurant’s famous Cuban delight.
Music and entertainment is as important as the food at Poco Loco, with a soundtrack taking diners to the energetic streets of Latin America, with regular live entertainment showcasing throughout the week. The concept expands over two floors, the ground floor being more family-oriented with direct access to the beach and the upper level offering a smoking lounge where guests can enjoy hand rolled cigars with staggering views over the Arabian Gulf.
