Balance your chakras and get in touch with your inner chi as Dubai’s huge annual yoga festival, Yogafest, will be back at Dubai Internet City Amphitheatre from November 21-23.

Never tried yoga before? Don’t worry; yogafest at Dubai internet city is suitable for everyone to join, from the advanced to those who just want to give it a go. All you need to bring is yourself and your mat (if you don’t have one you can purchase one at the gate for Dhs25).
Attendance is by donation.
During the three-day, yoga enthusiasts and the yoga-curious can come together to enjoy a variety of free classes, workshops and events. It will run from 7pm to 10pm on Thursday November 21, 9am to 7pm on Friday November 22 and 8am to 6pm on Saturday November 23.
There will be over 100 yoga classes during the three-day festival, which include Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, Laughter yoga, Yin yoga, Sivanda, Ashtanga vinyasa, hot yoga, Jivamukti as well as loads of workshops on meditation, happiness and dealing with stress.
Each of the seven tents will have a theme: yoga, movement, family, learning, meditation and Shakti, alongside a ‘nourish zone’ filled with super-healthy options. You’ll also be able stock up on some new yoga bits from one of the many stalls there – you’ll find everything from homemade aromatherapy sprays to yoga leggings made from recycled plastic.
Spaces are allocated on a first come basis. Healthy food is available to purchase in our Vegetarian Food Court.
