The third edition of the citywide celebration of automobiles will be unveiled this year, at the Dubai Motor Festival 2015.
Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the Dubai Motor Festival form part of the emirate’s strategy to use festivals and events as a means to drive tourism growth in-line with Dubai’s Tourism Vision 2020.
The festival offers nationals a range of motor-related activities and experiences ranging from Dubai Grand Parade and Marques D’Elegance to the annual Dubai International Motor Show, Motor Village and Dubai International Rally. The Dubai Motor Festival speeds up with exciting new activities for all those passionate about motor rides. The festival once again emphasizes Dubai as the motoring capital of the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region.
The festival gathers together motor enthusiasts for a wide range of motor sport and related activities across the emirate. A citywide celebration of motoring passion is seen during this motoring season in the region, wherein a world-class series of events offer unique and engaging motoring experiences for drivers, dealers, families and fans.
The third edition of the festival to be held this year, is expected to be bigger and better, with spectacular parades from world’s most amazing cars, and several high-octane activities designed to excite and engage the community and make motoring accessible to all the family.
The Dubai Motor Festival serves as a platform to automotive brands, dealers and manufacturers to communicate to local, regional and international audience. Last year, the festival registered two Guinness World Records, one for largest number of car brands in a parade and another for longest selfie relay.
