One of the most well-known carnivals in Spain, The Cardiz Carnival is happening in Andalusia soon but you won’t need to travel to Spain to enjoy it.
Experience a Spanish atmosphere with live entertainment, inspired by the Cardiz Carnival of Andalucia. Salero at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates invites you to join and celebrate the carnival.
The set menu is inspired by the popular dishes, including Salmorejo from Cadiz, Calamares y Chipirones a la Andaluza, Paella de Albondigasand to finish off on a sweeter note, Torrijas de Cadiz Con Helado de Almendra throughout the days of the festival.
