​MEFIT Summit at Fairmont The Palm

The 16th edition of MEFIT Health and Fitness Summit 2019 will be held at the Fairmont The Palm, on 14-16 November. This is the Dubai’s largest Health and Fitness Summit, with 80+ sessions hosted by the fitness industries leading International experts over the course of 3 days.

The three-day event dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the region. More than 20 presenters covering all fitness topics in the summit who will be joined over by 1000 Fitness Enthusiasts, Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Fitness Club/Studio owners and Managers for 3 days of educational sessions, practical classes and networking.

15th & 16th November (Friday & Saturday) is the MEFIT’19 Fitness Summit:
Over the course of these 2 days there will be 20+ leading international fitness speakers who will guide you through 80+ sessions covering all fitness topics (functional training, nutrition, mindset, wellness, injury prevention, recovery, mobility & much more).
