Be prepared to get dressed to the nines because Dresden Opera Ball will be coming to Dubai on March 14 for a grand European ball.
That’s not to mention the fact there will be a star-studded line-up of celebrity guests in attendance, so you will want to keep your eyes peeled throughout.
Placido Domingo, Fatma Said, René Pape, Valeriya, Svetlana Zakharova, Vadim Repin, Fabio Mastrangelo, Dresden Chamber Orchestra, Debutants will perform at this one-off event.
The event is inspired by the Semper Opera Ball, the most noteworthy event in the German-speaking world which has run for 15 years and receives extensive television coverage. It aims to encourage unity among world cultures through a combination of music and dance.
Embedded into the one yearlong activities of the United Arab Emirates‘ Golden Jubilee in 2021, the first Dresden Opera Ball in the UAE sets out to be one of the highlights of the celebration by adding the European flair to modern musical and artistic performances from the Arab world.
