Guinness World Record holder, record producer, electro house musician and DJ Steve Aoki jets into Dubai on 10 May to close out the season at Gotha Dubai. The appearance will mark the end of the club’s opening season, which has seen the likes of DJ Tiesto, William Singe, Conor Maynard, Actor Idris Elba and Ludacris take the stage.

Jetting in for a live performance on Thursday May 10, it’s the first time Aoki has performed in the Emirate since last year. Aoki, known for his ‘cake-throwing’ antics mid-performance, has released several Billboard charting studio albums, including 2013’s Wonderland, which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronica Album. Aoki’s own label, Dim Mak, has released more than 250 records by other electro house artists such as Datsik,Dada Life, Zeds Dead and Infected Mushroom.
He has also collaborated with producers and vocalists such as will.i.am, Kid Cudi, Afrojack, Linkin Park, Louis Tomlinson, Fall Out Boy, Iggy Azalea and BTS.
