Markus Schulz at Zero Gravity

He has hosted his own stage at Tomorrowland, He’s creamed Creamfields; gridlocked Global Gatherings and now Markus Schulz is set to lift off at Zero Gravity on 10 May 2018, at one of the venue’s newest events, Helter Skelter. The event also features circus performers and fairground attractions, alongside music from international DJs.

For more than ten years Markus Schulz has fused the individual musical identities of progressive house and trance into his own creative and now unique hybrid sound. Schulz is best known for his radio show, Global DJ Broadcast, which has around five million listeners each week. From the building blocks of progressive, trance and house, he crafted early anthems like ‘The New World’ and latter-day ones like ‘Destiny’. Caught between a half-dozen fantastic albums (most recently ‘watch the World’), a convoy of club hits and thousands of transfixing performances, played out before untold millions, he was crowned America's Number 1 DJ by DJ Times in 2012.

Now a regular fixture at the world’s biggest and most famous clubs, arenas and festivals, he lays down his unique trance-progressive vision on a weekly basis. In Europe, he’s smashed Trance Energy, Nature One & Dance Valley, worked tent-pegs loose at Creamfields & Global Gathering and brought gridlock to the Love Parade. He’s also worked with artists including Madonna, Fatboy Slim and Armin van Buuren.
