​Solomun Live at Soho Beach

One of the world’s most in-demand DJs, Solomon, comes to Dubai’s Soho Beach on Friday 28 December.

When it comes to deep house, few people do it like Solomun. The Bosnian-German DJ, known for his distinct take on the subgenre, is arriving at Soho Beach DXB with his collection of deep house hits that have won him multiple accolades include DJ Awards for Best Producer and Best Deep House DJ.

While Solomon loves working in the studio, he retains a passion for DJing and live performances. Party-goers at Soho Beach will bear witness to the best Solomon has to offer by seeing him live. Anyone who has seen him perform can see his passion running through his sets. He set an example of an artist staying true to his craft as an underground DJ and producer who receives mainstream recognition.

Solomun has been around for a while and made a name for himself as a reputable underground DJ and producer. But, his rocket to mainstream fame happened in 2012 when Mixmag named him ‘DJ of the Year’. He then went on to be a resident DJ at Pacha Ibiza and created the infamous Solomun+1.The event became a permanent fixture on the Ibiza music and nightlife must-dos. Solomun continued this upward spiral with Solomun+live as an outdoor event with live performances and his own special guest acts.

His well-known Boiler Room set from early 2015 is the fastest growing Boiler Room video of all time, with around 18 million views – and counting. He is not afraid of taking the spectators on a journey. In his style, vigour, deepness and emotion go hand in hand in a very musical way. He does so much in the same way he manages the variety of influences on his music: with a soft touch, a little dance move and real honest commitment to “Doing It Yourself”.

He will be playing for one night at the chic pool and lounge nightlife venue, Soho Beach DXB. The urban day-to-night playground is one of the city’s latest hotspots, which boasts an electrifying atmosphere and uninterrupted views of Dubai’s skyline.
