DHA's contact centre 800DHA (342) has received 229,640 calls from residents inquiring about COVID-19.

Dubai Health Authority's contact centre has been working round-the-clock and providing support, education and guidance to customers and community members as an official source of information related to Covid-19 and DHA services.
Fatima Al Khajah, Director of Customer Happiness Department at the DHA said that the community members also contact 800 342 to call and book appointments for Covid-19 tests and blood donation, and to book appointments for Doctor for Every Citizen which is a telehealth consultation for Covid-19 queries.
Al Khajah said that from a period of January to April 27, the call centre initiated 66,950 number of instructed SMS, replied to 78,466 chats, addressed 30,566 WhatsApp enquiries, answered 9,885 emails and booked more than 16,200 appointments for the Doctor for Every Citizen.
To access the contact centre, customers can call 800DHA (342) and the service is available round-the-clock.
