The show is presented by Beachcomber Hotels and Resorts, Mauritius. The sketch and stand up comic, Kanan Gill is a staple in India’s comedy circuits, appearing alongside Front Row’s former headliner Biswa Kalyan Rath in the viral sensation ‘Pretentious Movie Reviews’
Gill is a force to be reckoned with, having mastered a sharp wit that cuts to the core of his astute observations and hilarious sets. He is one of India’s most popular sketch and stand-up comedians. He’s performed over a 1000 shows around the world and his recent comedy special, Keep It Real, has got rave reviews.
He shot to fame along with the ‘Pretentious Movie Reviews’ series with Biswa Kalyan Rath. He is equally adept at sketch comedy (having acted in his own ‘How Insensitive!’ and the acclaimed mockumentary ‘Better Life Foundation’ by Them Boxer Shorts) and stand-up (having toured India with two hour-long shows: ‘Feeling with Kanan’, and ‘All Correct Opinions’). He made his Bollywood debut with the 2017 release, ‘Noor’.
