Front Row Laughter Nights is back!
After sold-out success of Varun Thakur, they bring you one of the most-followed comedians in India and "Mast Aadmi"- Biswa Kalyan Rath. Get set for a night of roaring laughter as Biswa and the opening acts by COMX - Varun Bhatia and T-Bone set the stage on fire with their cracking sense of humour.
One half of the hilarious duo behind the viral sensation “Pretentious Movie Reviews,” Biswa Kalyan Rath is headlining festivities at the latest Front Row Laughter Nights. The former IIT pro has turned the tables and made comedy his calling, blending mathematics with his own quirks and unique perspectives.
His claim to fame is from the hilarious take on reviewing Bollywood movies with fellow stand-up comic, Kanan Gill. Together with Kanan, Biswa made Pretentious Movie Reviews a cult YouTube destination for Bollywood movie buffs from all over the world. Since then he has moved on to other endeavors like his own YouTube channel and collaborating with other online streaming platforms to promote his own brand of comedy. He has his own YouTube channel since 2008, but he started adding regular videos only in 2015, basically after he became a known name from Pretentious Movie reviews. He is active in Twitter, punching out crazy one-liners and has his presence on Facebook as well.
Rath has an almost physical sense of humour; he modulates his voice and contorts his body while delivering punch lines in a way that would make most comics envious, pantomime artists proud and the audience sick with a severe case of the giggles.
Rath’s show will be opened by a slew of hysterical performers to fire up the crowd. Get ready for a night of roaring laughter with some of India's rising comics like Varun Bhatia, Sundeep and T-Bone, who will bring their own sensibilities to the stage at Emirates Theatre.
