The Meditation Space DMCC has organized a free kids meditation course on on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
This course introduces the art of meditation to children in a very simplified and creative manner. It’s a beautiful course to share experiences & stories filled with fun activities, games & practical meditation. This encourages children to discover their inner treasures & eternal qualities that brings in positivity to their inner most thoughts.
The course completes in 2 sessions. It runs for 2 consecutive days as per the course schedule in this section. Attendance for all sessions is compulsory to complete the course.
