Move On Yoga & Pilates offers private and group classes for adults, teens and children. They have organized a complimentary Kids Yoga class at 10am on 21st September.
This is a complimentary Kid's Yoga class offered as part of a Kids Yoga Teacher-Training Course, no prior yoga experience required.
Yoga trainer Carla Julian comes from a dance and educational background; trained in Hatha Yoga, Children's Yoga, Therapeutics, and is a Holistic, Mindfulness & Academic Performance Coach. Carla has pioneered & powered Children's Yoga in the region since 2013, making practitioners feel more confident, stress free, independent and happy through engaging and fun Yoga sessions!
