Tube Middle East

Tube Middle East 2017 is the region's only international trade show exclusively for tubes and pipes manufacturing and technology.

The demand for steel is growing by 5% – 6% annually. Middle East countries including the UAE have the world’s largest oil and natural gas reserves and are among the richest countries in the world. The stable oil and gas industry is fuelling the growth in the pipe and tube industry.

According to World Energy Council estimates, the GCC will have to invest nearly $100bn over the next decade to meet the growing energy demand, and a major portion of these investments will go into expanding the pipes and tubes networks, apart from oil and gas sector and other allied sectors like utilities and transport.

The GCC's drive to extend its railway network will further boost the demand for tubes, pipes and welding solutions. To cater to this increased demand, there is increase in domestic production by local players. Moreover, the utility and construction projects are another boost to the pipes and tubes industries. The sector saw high demand from domestic industries like construction, telecom, real estate, power, energy, metros, entertainment zones, airport, metros and ports.

The Tube Middle East event is co-located with 'Wire & Cable Arabia' and 'Metal Middle East'.
