Fouquet’s Paris set to open its doors in Dubai this Feb

Iconic French restaurant Le Fouquet's, which has hosted thousands of celebrities in its 124 years of operations across the world in locations including New York, Paris, and Abu Dhabi, will be opening its first outlet in Dubai tomorrow.

Reservations opened earlier this month for the storied Paris-born restaurant, which opens this week on Downtown’s Burj Plaza. And now a new update posted to Instagram has confirmed that from Thursday you’ll be able to get your hands on the fine French fare that’s made this one of the most acclaimed addresses in the French capital.

If you’re unfamiliar with Fouquet’s, the original in Paris has been welcoming guests into its dazzling festive setting since 1899. Set on an enviable corner of avenue George V and the Champs-Elysées, the legendary brasserie features elegant Parisian decor that oozes glamour.

The Dubai branch of the restaurant will offer magnificent views of the Burj Khalifa. The decorator of the restaurant Bruno Borrione has imagined a glamorous setting where the black and white Harcourt portraits adorn the emblematic wood-panelled.

With its prominent splash of red in its seating and utensils, Foquet's will start serving customers from Thursday evening. A limited number of tables for the opening night are still available for reservations.
