Tannaz Hosseinpour started Minutes on Growth with intention of creating an optimistic and safe space for conscious individuals to come together, learn about and share their wisdom n subject’s associate to personal development/growth, spirituality, self-care, and relationships.

Tannaz Hosseinpour is a certified life coach, CBT & NLP practitioner, and breath-work coach specializing in personal development, relationships and manifestation with a strong academic background in family mediation & dispute resolution law. Her purpose is to help you cultivate and manifest empowering mindsets and relationships.

Minutes on Growth was started in 2017 with the intention of creating a positive and safe space for conscious individuals to come together, learn about and share their wisdom on subjects related to personal development/growth, spirituality, self-care, and relationships. Since we live in a fast-paced world, where time is one of our most important assets, Tannaz intends to provide you with short blog posts, videos, and podcast episodes.

Tannaz likes to wear different hats that inspire & uplift her. she is also the CEO and founder of TP Education Consultants, an educational consultancy firm based in Toronto, Tehran and Dubai, that helps students all around the world achieve their academic goals.

Tannaz spends her free time traveling, writing articles, organizing workshops, raising awareness on topics close to my heart, volunteering, fund-raising for various organizations worldwide, and also selecting & reading books for my virtual book club. In 2020, I published my first children’s book, Sam’s Adventures At The Park, available on all online platforms such as Amazon and Barnes&Noble. In 2021, I contributed to the book, Covid Acts of Kindness
