Pilates Academy Dubai

The Pilates Academy Dubai has two fully equipped Pilates Studios with idyllic views of the city and rental space. Featuring space with beautiful wooden floors, mirrors and a sound system as well as amenities such a changing rooms, showers and parking.

At the Pilates Academy our only priority is You. We design every session according to your individual physical needs and support your movement progress with anatomical knowledge and care.

The Pilates Academy provides internationally endorsed Teacher Training courses and Workshops, representing the P.A.I. of New York and Balanced Body Education (CA) in the Middle East Region.

All Trainers, Facilities and Teacher Training Courses at the Pilates Academy are approved and certified by Reps UAE, the Register of Exercise Professionals for the United Arab Emirates to provide you with the best possible service.

Our Equipment Classes are limited to a maximum of 3-5 participants. You are special and deserve the greatest attention. You won’t be able to go back to crowded rooms packed with 20 people per class where the same workout is good for everyone!
