Established in 2014 and based in Business Bay in the prestigious Binary Tower, Bello Interior Design is owned by shareholders of both Scandinavian and Middle Eastern interior design and fit-out experience.

Since 2014 we have been involved in the design and execution of both local and international projects. Our focus and experience spreads across hotels, hospitals, retail outlets, offices and residential.

Our head of fit-out has more than 12 years of local experience thus we understand well the regulatory requirements needed to execute projects

Filter the ideas and propose 2-3 options for client
Amend as necessary and confirm optimal option
Submit our final proposal including the fees

FIT OUT Authority approvals / FIT OUT Permission

Fit-Out Permissions

For every modification or fit-out in the UAE a set of plans must be drafted in CAD and taken to the relevant authorities for permission

APPROVALS from all authorities in Dubai including but not limited to:

Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, TECOM, DEWA, Concordia, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DHA, JAFZA, Trakhees, IMPZ, DIFC and Nakheel.
